腸腰筋は腰椎と大腿骨を結ぶ腸骨筋と大腰筋の総称
【特徴】
腸腰筋は腰椎と大腿骨を結ぶ腸骨筋と大腰筋の総称。
【作用】
主に股関節を屈曲させる働きをする。
回旋作用を呈するとの報告は一致しているが、内・外旋のどちらに作用するかはいまだに一致していない。
【備考】
腹腔の後ろにあり、脊柱を前屈させる筋でもあるため「深腹筋」と呼ばれることもある。
欧米人とアジア人との大きな差が、骨盤の前傾角度と言われている。最近では、短距離走において骨盤の前傾角度が大きい程、股関節屈曲速度が速くなるとの報告もあり、欧米人の走行速度が速い事との関係があると考えられている。
日本人はスクワット ラウンジ、デットリフトなどのトレーニング種目でこの腸腰筋を鍛えられ、それによって骨盤を前傾させることができます。

大腰筋とは
大腰筋とは
大腰筋とはお腹に一杯筋肉がありますがその中の一つです。欧米人の人はスラットしていて足が長く見えます。日本人は胴長短足と言われています。大きな理由として大腰筋の筋力・筋肉量に大きな違いが見られます。あとはふくらはぎの筋肉です。
主に大腰筋は足を引き上げる際に使われるので、脚が長く見えやすくなる事から大腰筋が話題になっている訳です。ウエストもお尻・足も引きあがっている様に見えると細く見えますし、ドス～ンと落ちて見えると太く見えますが、大腰筋は足を引き上げる役割が強いためエクササイズを行うと、脚も引きあがって見える為細く見えやすくなります。
大腰筋は弱くなりやすいので、脚を引き上げる力が弱くなり、太ももの前側の筋肉がまかなうのでカッチカチに太ももが硬くなったり、ブヨブヨした太ももにもなりやすいです。大腰筋のエクササイズは椅子に座った状態で、太ももをあげる運動を行うと使われます。片方ずつ行う方がより行いやすいでしょう。
【大腰筋エクササイズのポイント】
骨盤を立たせた状態で椅子に座りましょう。
骨盤に手を当てて太ももがあがっても骨盤が動いていないか確認しましょう。
※太ももをあげた際に骨盤が動くと大腰筋は使われていません。代わりに腹筋や太ももの前側が使われてしまいます。
左足の方が苦手な場合が多いので骨盤が動かない様に特に左側を注意してみましょう。
慣れたら立った状態で行いましょう。
※足を前に振り上げるように使います。この際も骨盤が動かない様にします。骨盤が動かない様にお腹をすくいあげるようにします。綺麗な歩き方の練習にもなります。
