　「自分達が着たい物を…」を合言葉に2008年秋からブランドスタート。ブランド名”NUMERO DUE”（イタリア語でナンバー2）の由来は、永年、レザーメーカーとして培った経験と知識から浮かぶアイディアが多く、幅広かった為、単純に1つのブランドでは収まりきらないという理由で、分けやすく、文字・言葉にした時のフィーリング重視。魅力のあるデザイン・ハイクオリティーなアイテムではなく、単に「売れる商品」だけを考えているブランドが多い今だからこそ、「良い物はいい」「良い物を着て肌で本物を感じて欲しい」「良い物を作っているから見てもらいたい」と言うのがデザイナーの気持ち。ビジネスだけを考えれれば、もっと簡単に物作りも出来るが、それが「自分達の着たい物…」ではないだけに、妥協はせず見えない所のクオリティーまでこだわっている
